Affordable Connectivity Program

Affordable Connectivity Program

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) provides eligible individuals up to a $75 benefit to go toward their internet service.

*ACP is currently not accepting any new applications.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has released a notice of funding wind-down regarding the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).

The timeframe that the FCC anticipates that the ACP will be over, if Congress does not provide additional funding, is currently that the program will run out of funds in April, 2024.

The FCC expects consumers that are enrolled in the ACP will continue to receive their full benefit on their internet service until funding is gone. At that time, the monthly discount on your internet bill will go away.

The actual timing of the wind-down and end of the ACP program may change based on changes in ACP enrollment trends or the authorization of additional funding for the program.

If your household is enrolled in the ACP with ProValue.Net and the program is terminated, your internet service will be subject to our undiscounted rates and general terms and conditions of service.

To assist with your planning for the potential end of the ACP program, you are encouraged to contact us to inquire about the pricing and other terms and conditions of ProValue.Net services. Please call or visit with our local office Customer Services Specialists, email our office via billing@provalue.net, and/or go online to our website Provalue.Net
