A copy of frontline identification must be attached to the account. This includes Police, Firefighter, and EMT. The name on the account must match the name on the identification. $40 Referral Credit (One time credit)
Credit is earned by a current customer who refers a new customer. New customer must list current customer's name on the PVN Installation Agreement form under "referred by" This can be stacked with monthly or annual discounts. There is no limit for how many times this credit can be earned for customers referred.
Free Monthly Residential Service
Credit is earned by a current customer (referrer) who has 10 active referrals within a 5 year span. Referrer is eligible for FREE residential service(up to location's current eligible speed) every month that those 10 customers have an active service. All referral accounts must maintain an active and clear status for a minimum of 6 consecutive months to be eligible for this discount. Business/Custom rates are not eligible. If one of the 10 referral accounts cancels the referrers account will no longer be eligible.
$5 Echeck Credit
This is a one time discount available when a customer signs up for Echeck auto draft.
10% Annual Discount
This discount is available when a customer pays for 12 months of service in advance. This discount cannot be combined with Emergency Responder, Military, or CREC Combined billing discounts.
