You may be required to provide certain Personal Information to us in order to register with ProValue.Net, to assist us in improving your Service or troubleshooting problems you experience with the Service, your computer or device, or otherwise improve your experience with the Service.

Website Information, Use of Cookies and other Similar Tracking Technology

We may also aggregate Network Information from multiple subscribers and we will share such aggregated Non-Personal information about the overall performance of our Service and network with our Affiliates and other third parties. Aggregated information does not identify a specific individual, computer or device.

How We Use Network Information

We use Network Information to monitor and enhance the performance of our network. We will not monitor the content of the websites viewed or email communications as part of our standard network management. Generally, we will only monitor and preserve the following Network Information:

  • If we have reason to believe you are using the Service in violation of your Service Agreement or any applicable statutes, rules, ordinances or regulations;
  • If we have reason to believe your use of the Service is negatively affecting other Customers; or
  • When we are required by law or legal process to do so, or when we have a good faith belief that we are required by law or legal process to do so.

We will use Personal Information to send you marketing and advertising messages related to our Service and website using your email address, postal address, or telephone number.

For example, we may use a payment processing company to receive and process Customer’s ACH or credit card transactions for ProValue.Net, or we may contract with third parties to assist us in optimizing our network. W we do not grant Operational Service Providers any right to use the Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.
  • For Protection of ProValue.Net, and our Employees, Operational Service Providers, Users and Subscribers and Public Safety: We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any Personal Information we have access to if we believe doing so will implement and/or enforce the Service Agreement, Website Terms of Use Agreement, Privacy Policy or any legal document; protect our Network(s), website(s), and company assets; protect the interests, rights, property, and/or safety of ProValue.Net, employees, Operations Service Providers, Users and Subscribers, agents, or the general public.
  • When Required by Law or in Response to Legal Process: We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any Personal Information to which we have access if we are required by law or legal process to do so, or if we have a good faith belief that we are required by law or legal process to do so.

Is Your Personal Information Secure?

However, we cannot and do not guarantee complete security. What Third Party Disclosure Choices do Customers Have?

You can always choose not to disclose Personal Information to ProValue.Net; however, certain Personal Information is necessary for ProValue.Net to provide the Service to you.

You may opt out of email marketing and advertising from ProValue.Net using the “Unsubscribe” mechanism in each email. Before we send you a text for any reason we will secure prior express consent. You may opt out of receiving text messages any time by replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the text message.

You may not opt out of our use of cookies or other similar technology, or use of your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information for our internal analytics used to monitor activity on our website, measure ProValue.Net Internet Service performance, or to operate and protect the ProValue.Net network.

Will this Policy Ever Change?

Yes, we are constantly working to improve the Service, so we will need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our business practices change and service offerengs increase, and/or there are changes in laws.
