Program Overview
The ProValue.Net Referral challenge (“Loyalty Referral Challenge”) provides customers who are interested in referring their family and friends (“Referrers”) the opportunity to refer eligible individuals to join the PVN family. These Program Rules apply to both referrers and referred customers, so please read carefully to understand your respective rights and obligations.
Eligibility
Once you hit 10 ACTIVE referrals during a 5 years span, you will receive free internet! Only the name associated with the referral on sign-up used by the referred friend will receive the credit for referral. The referrer and the referral account must maintain active and clear status for a minimum of 6 consecutive months to be considered. Referrer’s account will receive free internet during the time all prior stipulations have been met and as long as a minimum of 10 referrals remain active as defined by Professional Value Internet Services, Inc. This program may not be combined with other Professional Value Network programs or incentives.
Termination and Changes
Professional Value Internet Services Inc may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate. The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming legacy referral challenge can change at any time.
